A single event upgrade is for creators looking to run a single, one-off Experience. The upgrade is applied to your workspace and allows you to run one Experience for up to 30 days. The number of participants allowed depends on the single event upgrade you purchase.

A subscription is for creators looking to run multiple Experiences or Experience longer than 30 days. It is applied to your workspace and allows you to run unlimited Experiences simultaneously over the course of your subscription. Participant limits will vary depending on the subscription you choose.

Missions are the tasks within the Experience that participants complete to earn points. A 'Goosechase Experience' is made up of 'Missions', which are the tasks and challenges participants have to complete. A Goosechase Experience may also be referred to as an 'Experience'.

Experiences can only be joined using the Goosechase App on an iOS or Android device, including chromebooks. They can choose to play as a guest or create an account and quickly join your Experience with a unique join link, join code, or QR code. Full details on how to join an Experience can be found here.

On the free version you are allowed up to 3 participants per Experience and you can run one Experience at a time for up to 24 hours in duration. Our paid single event upgrades and subscriptions will allow you to have more participants and run longer Experiences. You will be able to run unlimited active Experiences at a time if you purchase a subscription.

Our platform is built to scale! You can have as many participants as you require in your Experience. Please contact us if you need more participants than the amounts listed on our pricing page.

This depends on your plan. On the free plan you can run Experiences up to 24 hours, with a single event upgrade you can run an Experience up to 30 days, and with a subscription there is no duration limit! We recommend considering your event goals - longer is not always better! Please look at this blog post describing the different Experience lengths to determine which is the best fit for you. Tricky question! Creating your Experience depends on what you are trying to accomplish. We have seen smaller games built within 20 minutes and larger, long-term Experiences that take up to a few weeks to plan and organize - it all depends on your event!

Yes! We have an amazing library here full of pre-made Missions and templates that you can import into your account.

With our co-managing feature, you're able to invite collaborators to co-manage your Goosechase Experience from another account. Co-managers can edit Missions, participants, start and end times, and all other settings and attributes of your Experience.
