Introduction

Our interactive experience platform allows creators to engage, activate and educate their communities through engaging and fun activities. To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, we require all users to adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy. By using Goosechase, you agree to comply with this policy.

General Conduct

  1. Respect and Courtesy: Treat all users with respect and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited.
  2. Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Gooschase. Do not share or ask people to engage in any illegal activities.
  3. Age Restrictions: Users under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use Goosechase. Content deemed inappropriate for minors should not be created or shared.
  4. Harassment and Abuse: Goosechase has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, and abuse. This includes any behavior that intimidates, threatens, or harms others.
  5. Respect Privacy: Respect the privacy of others by not sharing personal information without consent. This includes addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and financial information.

Content Guidelines

  1. Prohibited Content:
    1. Hate Speech: Any content that promotes hate or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
    2. Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, depicts, or instructs others on illegal activities.
    3. Violence and Threats: Content that contains threats of violence, incites violence, or depicts graphic violence.
    4. Pornographic and Explicit Content: Content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate for general audiences.
    5. Personal Information: Sharing of personal information, including addresses, phone numbers, and financial details, without consent.
    6. Self-Harm and Suicide: Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
    7. Terrorism and Extremism: Content that promotes terrorism or extremist ideologies.
  2. Accuracy and Authenticity: Do not create or share content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
  3. Copyrighted Material: Do not share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  4. Sensitive Content: Avoid sharing content that is excessively graphic, disturbing, or otherwise inappropriate for a broad audience.
  5. Spam and Misleading Content: Avoid posting repetitive, irrelevant, or misleading content.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Account Security:
    1. Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Ensure your password is strong and not easily guessable.
    2. Sharing Accounts: Do not share your account credentials with others. Each user must have their own individual account.
    3. Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to access another user's account without permission. Report any suspicious activity to Goosechase support immediately.
  2. Spamming and Phishing:
    1. Unwanted Communication: Do not send unsolicited or irrelevant submissions to other users.
    2. Phishing Attempts: Do not engage in phishing activities or attempt to collect personal information from other users through deceptive missions.
  3. Resource Abuse:
    1. Platform Integrity: Use Goosechase in a way that does not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
    2. Data Scraping: Do not use automated systems or software to extract data from Goosechase for any purpose without explicit authorization.
  4. Automated Systems:
    1. Prohibited Use: The use of bots, scripts, or other automated systems to interact with Goosechase is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Goosechase.
    2. Approval for Automation: If you believe your use case justifies the use of automated systems, contact us for approval and guidance on appropriate usage.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to Goosechase immediately through our reporting system or by contacting our support team at hi@goosechase.com.

Enforcement

Goosechase reserves the right to take appropriate action for any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Removing or modifying content
  • Reporting violations to appropriate authorities

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify users by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of Goosechase following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
